A reputable company in Ghana and a market leader in the cleaning industry is seeking for a suitably qualified and goal-oriented individual to occupy the position of a CONTRACTS MANAGER
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To effectively manage the Contracts Department of the company
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT:
The applicant must;
- Possess a valid certificate from an institution of Higher Learning
- Have a minimum two (2) years of experience in the cleaning industry(relevant certifications in cleaning will be an added advantage)
- Be a computer literate and have considerable knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
- Possess leadership qualities, and of particular importance, be able to manage a team of workers
- Be able to write comprehensive reports
- Have the ability to work with little or no supervision
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be very proactive and assertive
NB: Ability to drive will be an added advantage
