Job Summary
Ensure that relevant information & analyses are provided to line managers to help the team increase productivity (i.e. monthly reports/updates on factors such as absenteeism, sick leave, abuse of company privileges).
- Minimum Qualification: Degree

Job Description
- Support & implement recruitment practices
- Advise & apply company termination procedures
- Support & monitor trainee management and succession planning
- Coach & advise line managers to comply with company & legislative requirements
- Provide effective Employee Relations consulting service
- Manage Employee Relations processes & practices
- Identify & report on Employee Relations issues
- Lead wage negotiation team through good understanding of local labour law
- Deliver training programmes
- Develop, communicate & train line & team members
- Lead the implementation & anchoring of change initiatives
- Drive & entrench a performance culture
- Ensure that relevant information & analyses are provided to line managers to help the team increase productivity (i.e. monthly reports/updates on factors such as absenteeism, sick leave, abuse of company privileges)
- Ensure effective customer service
Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience is required
- A minimum of a Degree
Salary : 2000-3000gh
