Providing a comprehensive administrative support to the day-to-day operations of human resources ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment processes, and the accuracy of employee data records. Liaising closely with other departments and providing a customer focused and effective HR support service to the organization to achieve the organization goals and objectives.
responsible for employee training and manpower development
develop a comprehensive annual training plan and implementation
- To assist in effectively delivering within the agreed timeline and budget, the approved marketing startegy for the Hotel - to increase occupancy and all other marketing communications and promotional activities both online and offline.
- Experience in Human Resources required
Qualification
- MBA Human Resources.
- 3 to 5 plus years work experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel required.
