Job Summary

This candidate must provide strategic marketing projections/ plans that are feasible by first projecting our brand and then generating the projected revenues and profits through strategic business partnership with interested investors (Franchising/ Agent partnership). This candidate must be able to manage team staff members and also form strong partnership with other Key departments such as Management, Accounts/ Finance, Technical and Operations in their quest to execute and achieve their projected Marketing Strategy for massive growth and expansion.

Duties/ Roles/ Responsibilities

• Candidate(s) core duty/ mandate will be to establish business links and connections in the betting fraternity on how to sign up more franchises/ shops and coordinate their business activities to integrate with our line of betting business.
• Candidate(s) will be expected to provide deep insight in Business development and General business management in betting or other related fields.
• Candidate(s) will be expected to put together a well-structured Plan/ Strategy that is cost effective, achievable and with the aim of projecting the Africabets Gh. Brand, promoting new games and also maximizing profit.
• Candidate(s) will be expected to advice management appropriately on growth and expansion by providing a roadmap on how to get more investors on board, partner and also collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve our market targets.

Salary/ Remuneration: Attractive and Negotiable    (GHC2,000.00 and above)

Required Skills or Experience

WHO CAN APPLY:

• Male/ Female between the ages of 25 and above.
• At least three (3) years working experience at the Managerial Level in the BETTING INDUSTRY or related businesses and Marketing fields.

Qualification/ Experience

• Candidate(s) must be an HND holder or above in related courses such as Marketing, Commence, Business Management etc. and must be practically oriented, open minded and willing to learn and adapt to work flow/systems.
• Candidate(s) must have Not less than Three (3) years’  working experience in Betting industry from Supervisory or Managerial Position and above  or other related Marketing fields in the Telcos, Banking, Commence, Trade, Insurance, other reputable companies.
• Candidate(s) must have full insight into the marketing or business development terrain related or similar to the betting industry.
• Candidate(s) must have appreciable knowledge in Report and Proposal Writing, Marketing and Market Research, Data Collection and Analysis, Statistics, Business Strategy and Management, Commence, Entrepreneurship and also be able to predict and determine business trends and growth by capturing new profitable markets.
