Supply Chain Finance Intern – 6months

About the Role!

Your Role

The purpose of this role is to support the Supply Chain Finance Controller

Main Responsibilities –

  • Support in Account payable reconciliation for SU transactions (SU transactions forms the bulk of Ghana payables)
  • Three-way match verification (Matching Vendor A/C Receivables in SAP -> with BOI -> Accruals in Upfield B/Sheet)
  • Accruals booking/verifications
  • PO creation verification to ascertain if in Forecast
  • SU entity Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Assist in stock count/reconciliation
  • Lean Supply Chain Finance Processes

About you!

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND Finance/Accounting
  • Must be comfortable in a start-up environment with passion and grit to make their mark.
  • I should be result-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and needs to have excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-based environment, willingness and ability to learn.
  • Previous experience in an FMCG setting will be an advantage
