Description
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assign and distribute work to teams.
- Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) is issued.
- Plan and forecast material delivery based on implementation plan.
- Co-ordinate all logistic on equipment delivery to sites.
- Coordinate and/or execute project activities such as site survey, site preparation, installation, testing, acceptance, etc.
- Interface with customer, subcontractors and site owner to steer the project towards its goals, while at the same time keeping full control of time, cost, characteristics and deliverables.
- Prepare the progress report to inform about the current status including obstacles and assistance needed.
- Present and discuss all aspects of the tasks assigned by the project office with all parties concerned.
- Coordination with ASP, logistics and Customer.
- Attend project meetings with Project Manager and ASP’s covering installation issues such work procedures, technical and quality.
- Evaluate ASP trough ASP online tool on Monthly basis.
- Responsible for personal safety and health of all team members
- Ensure that the customer approves and accepts the implementation work.
- Responsible for providing relevant documents/data as specified in Company’s nominated workflow management tool (i.e. SDE tools, Site Handler, EriSite, ASP Tools, etc).
Requirements
- Masters in Telecommunication Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Required Competencies
- Ability to roll out projects successfully
- Ability to coordinate ASP
- Project reporting and tools coordination
- Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a good sense of company culture
- Education: Master’s Degree
