Job Presentation
Professional management of the Warehouse team.
Professional relations with social agents (regulatory bodies including Food & Drugs Authority, Ghana National Fire Service, Factories Inspectorate, among others) and office administration.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
Setup the layout of the Warehouse and ensure efficient space utilization.
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Adhere to all Warehousing, Handling and Shipping legislation requirements.
Ensure that transport and logistics operations procedures are strictly adhered to.
Maintain stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Produce reports and statistics regularly of in/out status report, dead stock report among others.
Liaise with the Management of the Store on daily basis.
Receive feedbacks and monitor the quality of services provided.
Orientate, train and coach subordinates to multitask in Warehousing duties by providing optimal customer service to the Store Team.
Ensure that the Warehouse is safe and employees are conscious and compliant with international health, safety, hygiene and security standards.
Perform other ancillary duties on behalf of the Company as and when assigned

- BSC SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
- Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years
- Education: First Degree
